Genaro Ocasio is a Wichita-based Realtor®, real estate investor, and founder of The OC Group — a redevelopment company focused on acquiring distressed properties, transforming neighborhoods, and creating opportunity for homeowners and investors.
Originally from Florida, Genaro's background spans real estate, insurance, renovation, and design. His years in both real estate and insurance have given him a unique understanding of property value, risk management, investment strategy, and the long-term factors that build successful homeownership.
Before relocating to Wichita, Genaro was a partner in Modern Design Lab, a Miami-based design and renovation studio specializing in high-end residential transformations. There he developed a passion for uncovering a property's hidden potential — creating spaces that blend functionality, beauty, and lasting value.
Today, through The OC Group, Genaro combines real estate, design, and redevelopment to identify overlooked properties and transform them into OCG Designed Homes™ — thoughtfully renovated for modern living while preserving the character of existing neighborhoods.
